Shipping & Returns Information

Delivery Policy

Tugall ships its products anywhere in Portugal, including the Islands, within 2-3 days. For deliveries in Europe, it is estimated that time may vary from 2 to 8 days. Delivery times start from the moment the payment of the order is verified. Delivery times are estimated, so there are no guarantees that there can be no delays that do not depend on Tugall. In this case, Tugall is not responsible for any delay that does not concern the company at all.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated according to the weight of the order as well as the distance from the starting point. This price is presented at the time of purchase, making clear to the customer its value.


Wine Packaging

Tugall has a wine and bottle preservation system to ensure safe transportation, so that the products reach their destination in the best condition.


Returns

Despite Tugall's careful care that products are delivered undamaged, there is always the possibility that a bottle may be damaged. In this situation, the customer will have to fill out the returns form (found in the Customer Service menu - at the bottom of our online store) and fill in all the requested fields, always indicating the reason for the return (to further clarify the situation us get a picture of the damaged product). After an analysis by Tugall, Tugall will find the best way to remedy the situation, either by returning the value of the damaged products or sending them a replacement.

If the customer only wants to return the purchased products, has a period of 15 days to do so. To accept the return of the products, they must come in exactly the same condition as they were delivered, accompanied by the original packaging.


Taxes

Tugall complies with all applicable legal requirements. In-store product prices are shown without tax, however, upon confirmation of purchase, it is added to the total amount, in a separate manner.


Cancellations

Tugall reserves the right to cancel a purchase in the following cases:


1- Incorrect / not enough filling of customer data;

2- Non-payment of the purchase within the stipulated time.
