Vinification: careful selection of the best grapes. Pressing whole grape. Cold settling. Fermentation at a controlled temperature of 17ºC. Preservation on fine sludge with stirring for one month.
Tasting Notes: clear in appearance, reveals notes of tropical fruit and slight tree fruit on the nose. In the mouth it is balanced, fresh and fruity with a long and pleasant finish.
